It's the first good thing we've seen. These are the sweetest people on earth. Mom labored for 36 hours and was exhausted -- but gave me permission to post this photo! Back in OR now to recover a trauma...

Our pediatricians are really stepping up to the plate. We have no pediatric nurses at all in the camp. Hopefully, they come tomorrow.
